Michael has twenty five years experience in business services and taxation and has a high level of expertise in tax and accounting solutions for professionals, family business and SME’s. He has considerable expertise in business restructuring and in business succession planning and implementation. His industry experience includes; medical & legal professions, farming, agribusiness, aviation, construction, franchising, wholesale and retail.

Michael is a firm believer in partnering his clients towards financial independence. To this end he has a strong understanding of the establishment and management of Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Michael is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and has maintained a sound knowledge of the taxation system through continuous attendance at both local and national training sessions and conferences. He has considerable expertise in tax effective business and transaction structuring.
